Orders

A contract is formed when we email to confirm the order has been dispatched, not when payment is taken. If a piece has sold in the meantime we will tell you and refund in full.

Prices

Prices are in pounds sterling. Delivery is added at checkout. We reserve the right to correct a price that is obviously wrong, and to cancel and refund the order if you would rather not go ahead at the corrected price.

Description of goods

Every piece is made by hand, in small runs, from natural materials. Colour on a screen is an approximation. Variation in print, dye and finish between one piece and the next is expected and is described on each product page.

Cancellations and returns

You can cancel within fourteen days of the day your order arrives, and return postage is yours to pay. Faulty goods are covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. The full terms are on the delivery and returns page, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The wordmark, the site design, the photography and the written content belong to the company. The crafts do not. Blue pottery, marble carving and block printing belong to the communities that have carried them, and nothing here claims otherwise.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price of the goods. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
